Terms and Conditions

VANSAM is a small business with limited resources. Despite our dedication to customer satisfaction, we do occasionally make mistakes. We are committed to rectifying any issues as soon as possible.


  • VANSAM cannot guarantee the performance of any components provided by a client.
  • Any faults will be investigated to our utmost ability but if the fault is found to be unrelated to work carried out by VANSAM we reserve the right to charge for the time taken to find the fault. This service will be charged at $75/hr
  • VANSAM reserves the right to take and use any images of vehicles left in its care.
  • VANSAM expects that all clients will communicate clearly and respectfully. FAilure to do so may lead to job cancellation with payment required for work completed up to that point.
  • VANSAM reserves the right to refuse service to anybody.
  • VANSAM cannot be held liable for damage done to any vehicle while it is parked in a public place even if it is under the care of VANSAM.
  • Any work done by VANSAM is guaranteed for workmanship. All components are guaranteed by suppliers and faults may need to be rectified independent of VANSAM
  • Any work to be done under guarantee is reliant on the client returning the vehicle to VANSAM at a time suitable for completion of the work.

Return and Refund Policy

Refunds and returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrectly described products


A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Faults must be reported withing 7 days of delivery
  • Returned items must be shipped in appropriate packaging to prevent damage.
  • Failure to notify VANSAM of any problem may result in prolonged delay in refunds being released.
  • Notification must be made via website
  • All refund and return enquiries must be directed towards 0488910273
